Who this is

aisolvus.com is operated by an individual trading as Solvus, a sole trader (živnosť) under Slovak law. These terms cover your use of this website. They don't replace the separate written agreement or quote we send you before starting any paid project; if the two conflict for a specific project, that agreement controls.

Using this site

You can browse this site and use the contact form to reach us. Don't scrape it, try to break it, or use it in a way that could damage it or stop other people from using it normally.

Ownership

The design, code, text, and layout of this site belong to Solvus unless stated otherwise. The two live project previews linked from this site (Moovers and the real-estate demo) are Solvus's own work, shown here as a portfolio example; the underlying businesses shown in that content are used with permission for demonstration purposes.

Payment

Where a "Buy now" option is offered, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Tax (VAT or sales tax, depending on your location) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address.

This purchase is available to registered businesses, sole traders, and professionals buying for their trade or business, not to private individuals buying as consumers. By completing checkout you confirm you're purchasing in that capacity. Because of that, and because the site build is a bespoke service that begins immediately on payment, the EU's 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to this purchase; nothing here overrides a mandatory consumer-protection right you may actually have if you are, in fact, purchasing as a consumer.

If something's wrong with the transaction itself (double charge, wrong amount, service not delivered), tell us and we'll fix it directly rather than you needing to go through your bank.

AI tools may be used in parts of how we build and run this site and client projects; a human directs and reviews that work. See our AI Policy for details.

Accessibility

We build with accessibility in mind and test every page against WCAG 2.1 AA. See our Accessibility Statement for what's verified, what isn't yet, and how to report an issue.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be available at all times, free of errors, or compatible with every device or browser, though we build and test it to a reasonable standard.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Solvus isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Slovak or EU law.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and embeds live sites we've built for other businesses so you can see real, working examples. We're not responsible for those businesses' own content, products, or services beyond what's shown here as a design reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute arising from your use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the Slovak courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence under EU law.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
